Parking in Harrogate

So I need to go into Harrogate later on. And was wondering where to park my bike. And on googling I came across this vid … must be the best traffic warden ever

I once parked my car and asked a passing traffic warden how long I could leave it for. He said its an hour parking on this road but I'm going somewhere else now and won't be back for an hour, so you've got two!!   Some of them are human!!
