Not riden for few weeks. And today I found two metal bits on the floor next to my GSX. Don't want to ride until I've identified them

looks like the bit to adjust shock spring, yss shock is similiar anyway

Smaller part looks like a snapped/cut shear bolt which are generally found holding an ignition switch on to a vehicle .

 

The grooves in the head of it may be as a result of attempts to undo it 

Long bit may have been hammered ( holed end looks burred/squashed)  onto the head and where the rusty part is a set of mole grips or similar to turn .

 

Check your ignition switch mounting points .
