Fitzi Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 Back on a bike after a fair few years of four wheels and have broken my own rule of never buying a Chinese bike. Bought a 2k mls 2017 AJS TN250. Only 17 of them in the UK and 9 of those are already SORN'd even though the model is only seven years old lol. Parts scarce, AJS Ltd useless for most things tn250. I'm hoping I can find info on alternative parts that will fit as things WILL fail on it. Fitzi Quote

Wrong time of year to be buying a doer upper bike as they're all ridiculously expensive. The AJS was cheap, local, only had 1900 miles on it, had been garaged so no rust and only needed wiring loom repairs and a new cdi. Was going to flip it but I'm starting to like the little thing. It's fun through heavy traffic and goes round corners like it's on rails, even with the original shining sun tyres on it lol. Quote
