Hi got this bike was not starting but does now 

Just put new clutch in and new piston 

But when I rev it goes but when I rev move it 

Does not like it so don't know what wrong with it

Any help would be greatly appreciate 

I get 175 on compression

And put new carb on it

So you can review it in neutral and it's ok? but when you go to ride it it cuts out?

I would check for fuel filter? Or flow of fuel to carbs?

New carb on bike it rides but does not like alot of throttle new fuel filter on bike 

So I'm stuck on this bike might just bin it

Carbs are funny beasts I am no expert, however just cause it's new doesn't mean it doesn't need setting up to the bike..

Just cause it's a new fuel filter doesn't mean the fuel flow is good. Can be worth checking fuel runs freely into the carb.  

What age is the fuel in the tank? Although that is normally more of a starting issue..

The Tank has been cleaned the bike is 2009

And the carb is set up right as the spark plug is right colour and right grap 

It work at slow speed but when the revs go up it hold back

If under load I would be thinking fuel supply,  or carb.
I suppose air filter could be consideration and worth checking.

You need to see if you have enough fuel flow and also the float height is correct

I can not get air filter for bike but it's clean
