Clutch Problem

Ok so I've got a "tiny" clutch problem on my rs125

Basically, the clutch for one doesn't have any free play, no matter how much I adjust it, and you cant change gear without it stalling unless you match the revs for the gear, and even then, it starts to pull without letting go of the clutch.

So if it's sitting in neutral, pull the clutch in and go to switch to 1st without any revs, it'll just stall. Same with 2nd.

Anyone have any ideas? I think it might be just a simple cable replacement that might do the job if I get lucky but hmm.. a m8 also suggested that because its been sitting for a month or so, the clutch discs could be sticking together?

Cheers in advance.

Find where the clutch cable meets the clutch housing. Normally a 2 or 3 inch long lever on the top of the engine. Pull the clutch in and see if it's actually moving the lever. Then you know if it's a simple cable of something more internal.
