when can I send messages

I searched but could not easily find an explanation of when I will be able to send messages to other forum members.

If you click on their profile circle it should give you the power to message them.. I just messaged you

You may have to hit a certain number of posts for the PM’s to activate. 
It’s been few years since I joined, so can’t remember. Although saying that. I can’t remember what I had for my lunch!
