I watched a couple of YouTube vid's, and neither of them drained from two plugs, but when I looked at the handbook (afterwards ) it showed to drain from two plugs, and sure enough, when I looked at the bike, there they were. Weirdly, one manual only mentions one plug, but this one says two. 1 Quote
Mississippi Bullfrog Posted June 3, 2024 Posted June 3, 2024 The guidance not to use either the centre stand or the side stand must make it tricky. I assume you have to use a wheel brace to hold the bike vertical? Sometimes designers like to make life difficult. 1 Quote
Simon Davey Posted June 3, 2024 Author Posted June 3, 2024 I used the side stand, then sat on it to hold it upright for a few minutes, just to let a little more trickle out. The centre stand would only be in the way of the drain pan. Quote
RideWithStyles Posted June 3, 2024 Posted June 3, 2024 Agree with you there MB, theyll just assume you're going tobe using a paddock stand. some bikes have passageways which ideally would need extra plugs for access and cleaning. not the best design with a "n" shaped bottom end hence the need for two plugs at either end partially with the front one quite high up...
