Filtering

I didn't need to watch any more than the first few frames, that's far too fast to be filtering safety through stationary traffic in a built up area, only doing 20 really, 20 is the maximum now on lots of roads.

 

Pedestrians need to be treated as not having  a clue about their surroundings, a pedestrian may have never driven or even had a push bike, they could be blind deaf or just plain stupid, any idiot could open a car door to get out or just to have a look at what's going on further down the road, some weight may be put on them for being in charge of their own safety but that blame is falling predominantly on the shoulders of the guy on the bike.
