wannars125 Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Ok, looking through the different areas and I see one for all us people living in that lump of East England. Do we come under Southern??I'm trying to get my bike run in as quickly as possible so I can attend something even if it's not too close by! Quote
Guest Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 No clue tbh mate We're like Southern/Midlands it seems :S Quote
Grumpy Old Git Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 NMan1 arranges regular runs around EA (Hunstanton / Gt Yarmouth / Brampton) and we post on 'Southern' ride outs in the main. You could look to organise an EA eevent / regular ride-out which we could look to join in from the Brampton area?????Cheers,GOG Quote

Christoph Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 Alright Wannars, I used to be a Felixstowe lad until I went to uni in Norwich several years back and have stayed up here ever since.Good times, nice to see someone from home here. Quote
red Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 How can East Anglia be Southern? I assumed Midlands originally from the sections available! Quote
wannars125 Posted September 17, 2008 Author Posted September 17, 2008 Great to see a few replies. Was looking on the map and didn't see many ppl there.I'm a bit of a novice myself really and not so confident about organising stuff but would be willing to give it a go. Am also on L plates too at the moment which I guess around EA isn't much of a problem as there aren't many motorways!Would everyone be happy to take things at a possibly slower pace if I try and organise something (I'm on a R125 and still running the engine in!!) or maybe organise something for late October once I can go a little faster? I'm happy with slower as I'm just getting my experience up at the moment! Quote
red Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 Speed for me is not a problem.. depends on the distance and date as i don't currently have the bike in possession.I've arranged a couple of meets before for cars so if you need any help with anything i'd be happy to lend a hand... even if it's just to bend your ear to make it a bit closer to where i live Maybe i'll add myself to this map.
