Not biased or anything but........

from the Ducati site;

The 1098 R is the ultimate Superbike. The most advanced, most powerful twin-cylinder motorcycle ever. Built with the single objective of winning, it powered Troy Bayliss to victory in the World Superbike Championship in its debut year. Now it has been improved even further.

Sounds about right... :lol: :lol:

But that all just serves to make it unsuitable and therefore pointless for everyday on-road use.

As extreme as a Lambourghini is there's still room for a couple of bags of shopping from Sainsbury's.

Who is mentioning day to day use?

This is the original question....;

There are plenty of people who use sports bikes out there for their daily commute. Even the 1098's.

I wouldget the fireblade having the 1098 i would have to go straight to the police and hand them my licence cos I would have to go everywhere at a minimum of 80!

The fireblade I could use and as the question is what would you get if you could the answer is the one i could use everyday!

Yeah, don't know how you could even compare it to the others tbh???

Out of the latest incarnations of all them bikes I'd have to say Blade, even though it looks like a budgey! LOL
