Hello guys

Not posted in a while just would like to know roughly where is the mixture screw meant to be. Ive been told 3 turns (which burnt all my fuel) then been told 1.5 which seems to be a bit better but where does it actually have to be?

Thanks

Ben

P.s. Anyone know if there is scooter events in hampshire?

the subject line doesn't give it away so what bike are you talking about?

they are all different and i think it's the pilot screw your refering too.

it is alegidly possible to set it using the bikes idle speed as a guage to the correct mixture but i've found that method to be wildly inacurate :?

the only proper way is to use an emisions sensor up the exhaust

Wow ok wasnt looking for a responce like that but thanks ill take it into a bike shop and get them to set it properly as it seems to be flooding my bike on start up :S as when i go back to the screw its out further than i set it to so possibly its broken but ill ask a mechanic.
