  1. Aye, the "Scottish" are as hard as nails and that's just the wimmen. I'm interested to know where one obtains this "Scotch winter" beverage though?
  2. Thanks Simon, I thought so to, I've already been on e-Bay and Amazon checking out the goods to make it look a little more individual and more importantly, mine. I don't think they'll let me keep the fancy wee bracket that holds the sign in place but you never know. Perhaps they'll sellotape the sign to the bike.
  3. Hi all, Auld Jimbo here, just bought a 2016 Tracer 900 which I'll be picking up next Saturday 2/2/24, so thought I'd join up and introduce myself. Due to advancing decripitude I had to trade in my FJR1300, and my GSX650F, as both were becoming a little on the heavy side for me at 300KG for the FJR and 250KG for the GSX. I will miss them both for their capabilities and fun but, I certainly won't miss the weight of them, particularly as the Tracer comes in at a spartan 210KG (wet) according to Wikipedia. It means that it'll not be such a struggle to get it out of the garage as the Yam and the Suzi were. Sadly my garage is at the bottom of quite a steep incline but hey-ho problem should be solved now with the much lighter bike. Being an old codger can be a pita at times, but you just need to get on with it as best you can. As you can see from the daft wee sign in the pics the dealer has a bit of a sense of humour, either that or he was just showing off that he could still manage to get a sale in a dreich, miserable February. Speak to you guys soon, cheers! Jimbo.
