  1. Hi guys,

Been on a ride out with a mate today who has a hawk exhaust fitted to his KTM, sounds like a beast.

Been wanting to get a new exhaust for a few months anyway as my downpipe is rusted up :( Looking for some suggestions or any guidance from anyone thats changed one.

At the moment as it says in the title I'm swaying towards a Tyga performance(probably in the carbon design) Heres a link

  2. Hi guys, think my rear brake pads are totally worn out now. There's a certain metal-on-metal rubbing sound coming from rear wheel, unless there are any other suggestions from anyone?

But yeah, gone to look at getting some replacements, and am faced with a Kyoto standard or an EBC standard. Whats the difference and is there any way of checking which i need without removing my old pads to compare?

  3. Hi guys. Having followed advice given in another thread, I bought me a new single handlebar. Looking at it it seems quite simple, a couple of screws on the controls to loosen then slide off, re-tighten on new handlebar but would like to have a read through or watch a video of someone doing this. I've searched the only place i know to look for this kind of stuff which is youtube and found nothing.

Hoping someone on the off chance has done it in here

    cheers

  4. Hi guys,

Had my CBR125 MOT'd today but they noticed that my right handlebar is slightly bent; possibly from it being dropped by a previous owner.

I'm looking for advice on where to get them from if anyone has any go-to places for parts. I've tried eBay but struggling to find any from the right year(2008) and any more advice on how to actually do it would also appreciated. It appears to be just a couple of bolts to undo.

  5. combination of woman driver who let a truck out and said truck driver.

I was on far side of the road, I was too close to let the truck out but she stopped and flashed him out and he decided to assume I'd stopped aswell, which i hadn't. Opened throttle a bit to get past -.-

  6. No Stu, I've not ridden on the road yet, and @Tango the lever is very loose, a lot of play; I thought that to myself this morning but didn't think about any problems that could cause. Could the clutch not being correctly adjusted also cause the problem where the bike will not change from 1st to 2nd? as if something is blocking the lever from moving up far enough to change?
