  10. Not all of them the two I mentioned have downloadable maps and only use data if you turn on traffic monitoring.
  11. Sygic has downloadable maps so no data charges, The Tomtom App works well with downloaded maps and no data charges but you have to pay for the App I use it as a back up to my Tomtom 550.
