Calving and Lambing means I have to stay close to home so can't make Glasgow. Will be marshalling at the Dumfries one. Taking my daughter on pillion first time for her though she's been on 2 wheels since she was 16.

after today I have just realised I sooooooooooooooooooooo need a trackday, dry roads and 'in the mood' raring to go so took the bike out for some fun ARGGHHH!!! potholes, patches, gravel, sh!te & every other type of vehicle except a caravan .........ended up riding at never more than 50% feck feck feck!!! managed to reduce the chicken strips (winter tyre change) by about 1/4" though but could've been off the tread given the chance.

High mate I'm in Dumfries, this years plans are a bit up in the air cos me missus needs an op and we don't know when it'll be. Am thinking of heading to Ireland sometime later this year, just don't know when yet. I'm up for weeekend rideouts though and will be at the Kelso rally, bit stuck until May though due to work commitments.

I'd prefer a weeek when there's a decent chance of reasonable weather but apart from that post the date'n'place and I'll hopefully be able to make it. Had to pull out of a tour to Austria so slightly less skint and and more time than I thought.

Yep it was a sh*te day; I was right (vet was fking wrong) was low phosphate but the vet needed a blood test before they'd believe it (more £s added to the bill)- phosphate solution is now on the restricted list so only place we can get it is a friggin vet GREAT!!, got vet to ewe in time so she's got a couple of stitches to keep thing in so thats OK, then a stupid heifer got herself stuck under the feed barrier (think she'd been limbo dancing or summat) eventually got her out and back on her feet. Just coming to the time of year when I most of the time I feel like I'm dead and the rest I wish I was cos then I wouldn't be so bl**dy tired and ache all over , usually over by mid May though . Its all worth it when you see the lambs and calves racing round the fields in gangs in the better weather 8) .

fraid not, blowin a gale, got a cow that can't get up (low on phosphate I think) and a ewe thats threatening to prolapse her uterus. 63 cows due to start calving and 80 ewes about to lamb. Gonna be a shit day here methinks.

ST1100s have it under the seat dunno about other models

Yeah one day I'm going to video the whole A702 between Elvanfoot and Carsephairn, if there's a better bike road I've yet to find it.
