  1. mmmmm my kinda roads , pity I'm skint for the foreseeable
  2. way too far for me, only time I've been to BP was with Pudsey think I'd done over 400 miles but that was criss-crossing the country. Hope it goes well and you get a good turnout If anything gets organised a bit nearer then I'm well up for it
  3. Ill make it worth your while baby xxx ooh brace yourself then
  4. I think one thing flows from the other and its just such a wonderful, friendly, supportive site, with plenty of rideouts and events going on. I think the fact that there are so many women on here (think its about 50:50) has a big part to play in the atmosphere of this site and why its so unique
  5. not sure yet, will see how the week goes
  6. Still a lot to be tested, Caberg included. Totally agree about paying for the name and stuff. To me some of the best clothing out there is Akito but peeps don't buy it cos they don't advertise and it's its not what Toseland, Rossi or whoever get paid a fortune to wear.
  7. damn too late to make it in time.................oh yeah and I gotta work might head down on Sunday tho, depends who's doing what
  8. I'll be oput and about but will be staying fairly local and saving petrol pennies I think, probably something like The Clone, Dalveen Pass, Devil's Beeftub then back along the A701
  9. never mind we'll sort summat out again. was an awesome run tho, did the thwaite to tan hill route, its simply beautiful, very twisty n steep in places, more fun than kirkstone and not as severe as wrynose and hardknott. only downside was some tosser trying to T-bone me at 60+ on an open bit of road.
  10. OK my plan is to head down the A6 to Kendal and then on to Devil's Bridge for around 12midday, then work my way back north via Hawes, Tann Hill and Hartside. Anyone wants to meet up either post on here up til 9.30 or gimme a text on edited by rennie to remove phone number from open forum
  11. really gutted I'm not going to make this one
  12. I'd love to be able to do this but as with the testing station protest I'd have to do double the rideout mileage to get to Barrow and back so fraid I'll have to pass
  13. hehe close enough for a day trip for me too
  14. Great to meet you all enjoyed the day in spite of the weather. Many thanks to MGstuntriders for their help, sorting the Pan. Was a great week, even got Nell's CBT renewed on Friday, went a run to Tywyn up the coast to Dolgellau then to Portmerion and back over the Festiniog to Bala road (absolutely stunning) on Saturday. Had planned to call in at Squires today but got absolutely soaked by the time we hit the Manchester area so decided to head straight back to Nell's. Just 250+ miles back to work to do tomorrow, hopefully meet up with marmajuke at the Hartside cafe on the way back.
  15. ah right, still a pretty stupid overreaction tho think plan is to leave the pondy @11-11.30

  20. not sure inviting peeps to come and play in your 'back yard' is gonna have the desired effect in an area where a sheep tied to a lamp post is the local leisure centre but yeah it would be nice to see a few more peeps signing up
  21. hehe I'll be on the Pan with a pillion so will have my CAPTAIN SENSIBLE lid on If I was bringing the Bandit it would be different
