  1. Hi guys dont know if any of you ride supermoto but theres 2 evenings this month at Trax from 5-8pm for £20 per rider

    17th and 31st of August

Also theres a Supermoto day at Teeside on the 2nd of Sept, for £60 its looking like it may be cancelled due to lack of interest! If you are intersted have a look on the SM forum.

  2. I just got myself hd tv package and I was really annoyed that eurosport HD does not show motogp! So I watched on BBC HD and it was brilliant, I didn't even mind the commentry, the pictures were so sharp, and dani had an HD camera on the front of his bike which was superb! Top job BBC!

  3. Does any body know if it's worth it/possible to alter my leather pants so I can wear them with mx boots?

The mx boots sit a lot higher than the road boots I have, the knee pad bit sits just to low and inside the top of the mx boot. Could I get them to take a bit out above the knee to make the knee pad sit higher and maybe make it possible to put my sliders back on.

The other thing I thought was supermoto specific pants, but can't seem to fand any that would require winning euro millions!!

  4. I saw the crash, it was horrible to see, I heard of the news on the radio, really sad. It was clear that all of the riders and the eurosport commentators were upset.

he'll go down in history as the 1st ever winner of a moto2 race

  5. had a really good day watching! good to meet Phil and see TC again, heres my pics: (Phils camera was sooo much better, and his skills too!)

  6. the ron halsam school lets you on with 33bhp, although its only 1/2 a day for £279 with their bike.

I looked at smallboy track bike hire, but i think they're linked to msv or no limits so you cant use them.

Its a bit of a sh1t system really, I could understand if you had no lisence, but you can obviously ride a bike! I dont reckon you'd take a full power bike out of your own comfort zone and if it did scare you, you'd just back off a bit.

  7. has any one been before? Im planning on going down on Monday, but I've never been to the BSB before. It says the gates open at 7am, does that mean you need to be there at 7 to get to sit somewhere good? is there anywhere thats recomended to sit?

I go to the f1 at silverstone, we buy the cheapest tickets for that (no seat) and get there when the gate opens to get our spot.

  8. I've been to the f1 the last few years, we camped at a field towards stow corner, it was about 3mins walk to get to the track, there are loads of sites though, I think there's normally one across the road from the main entrance, usually full by midday Thursday, all this is based in f1 though so it might be a little different.

  9. grip the tank more with your knees,

check out stompgrip pads theyre clear bumpy pads that fit the sides of the tank, give you something to grip..

I tried gripping with my knees, but the knees were slippy too! that stomp grip looks good, I thought of that before but thought it might wear out my leather pants? if it matters does the inside knee need full leather protection if it does wear?? does that make any sense at all?? hope so

thanks Vicki for the super glue, I was expecting like a cricket box or somthing!

  10. I put my textile pants on yesterday for the 1st time since I got my leathers. I found myself sliding forward on the seat and crushing my nuts on the tank

I assume they have to be sort of as friction less as possible to help slide if you come off, but its annoying is there anything I can put either on the seat of the pants to stop it happening. I think I'll be wearing them more often, as it feels a bit better walking round college without twating things with my knee sliders.
