  1. Why does life repeatedly kick you in the balls sometimes f**k IT...........
  2. Had the same problem with people dumping rubbish in the bin store and not putting their bins out when we first moved in to our rented apartment and ended up complaining that much the management company send a guy round the day before the bins are emptied to put them out. Thats the problem with apartments, you get a few lazy c**t's and they ruin it for everybody Thankfully we bought a house and move in this Friday
  3. Nice part of the world that, did you go up into the mournes ?
  4. I dont think so it looks mor like a motor cross style with a raised section at the front of the mouth.
  5. Anyone ride with a helmet like the one in this video? "> Was watching this earlier and like the style of the helmet but not sure where I could buy one or if they are even strong enough for road use?
  6. Why do bosses think that in a workforce of 15 they can still get the same amount of work done with 1 person on long term sick and sacking another one (Who is a twat to be fair). The height of a recession and im the closest i've ever been to throwing in the towel and I wish I was joking. Looks like its going to be a couple a valium and of to bed. F**k It
  7. If you have money to spend handguards, good gloves or if you have a load of batteries. http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=264171
  8. Keep at it Susieque one thing i've noticed over the years is that people who can bullshit their way through an interview and get the job are most of the time useless twats and the people who are nervous and unsure are usually the people that are honest and probably the best people for the job. f**k It
  9. Doesnt look that bad, it looks it could be twisted back by hand. As Dan has said check everything else over and you could even take a rough measurement of points on the frame but hopefully its only the back end and not the frame thats bent.
  10. Sadly i'll be on holiday and will probably miss this.
  11. Personal choice I think, I would opt for a standard jacket and a hi-vis vest and it will give you the best of both worlds. I've never owned a flourescent jacket but I would be worried that it would fade over time and look really back but for the sake of a few pounds you could change a hi-vis vest more often.
  12. Cheers Dan... The Alpinestar suit looks the business but if I bought an £80 suit the wife would probably hit the feckin roof.
  13. Can anyone recommend a good set of waterproofs? Im was thinking about getting an RST all in one but dont know much about them.
  14. Im surprised you had the wheel down going round that corner Looks like a lot of fun.
  15. $100,00 dollar fine which is absolute peanuts to a team that spends millions every week, Alonso should have at least all the points taken off him.
  16. Anyone watch the German Grand Prix today ? What a load of crap, Felipe Massa moves over and lets Fernando Alonso sail past to go on and take the win completely breaking the rules that dont allow team orders. Fair enough a team has the overall season to look at but apart from Massa being royally shafted its totally unfair on the fans that go to see proper racing. How Alonso can stand on the winners podium smiling holding up his trophy while Massa stands there looking like someone has kicked him in the nuts I dont know.
  17. Ive always had an interest in the war and after watching a program on the tv the other night (Bloody Omaha) I would love to go and see it. I think as the years go on people forget more and more the sacrifice made by so many and the lessons that need to be learned. I know theres a war in afghanistan at the minute and its horrible the number of young lads getting killed and severely injured but its totally unbelievable the sheer numbers of soldiers that were killed in a single day on Omaha beach.
  18. Dones anyone know good websites for bike accessories like huggers and bobbins ?

    Water Leak

Had a bit of a strange one the other day. Had my bike sitting inside our building at work on Wednesday and when I went to go home wheeled it out put it on the stand and when I started it I noticed a bit of a drip coming from the middle of the exhaust. When I put my hand under there was a bit of water but not much and didnt seem to smell of anything. Took the bike home and only got round to taken of the fairings this afternoon to give it a check over and everything seems ok no obvious leaks and the coolant bottles sitting bang on the midway mark. Anyone every seen this before or have any idea what it could be ?
  21. I think you could be right Colin
  22. Well a new battery and a bit of patients seems to have sorted my problem (Fingers Crossed). Got a new battery and give it a full charge overnight which brought it up to more power than the old one ever had, still took a bit to get her going but a bit of persistance playing with the throttle and choke and she jumped into life after a few false starts. Let her run for a bit and took her a quick run to try to clear any crap out so hopefully thats it sorted, any more problems and I'll leave it into the local bike shop. Again many thanks to everyone for their help especially WalneyFrankie who should probably have his own section on the forum
  23. The bikes cold and it was sitting for a few days and wont start but when I do try to start it it just cranks but wont start and gives a few flashes of flame and a bang from the exhaust.
  24. When I take out the plugs will the petrol evaporate of or will I need to do anything else ?
  25. The WalneyFrankie im going to buy a new battery tomorrow and might buy a new set of plugs while im there.
