  1. Love Kriega stuff. I have their rucksack and tailpacks - also got the tailpack-tankbag adapter. All their kit clips together too so I can attach the tailpack onto the rucksack to make a huge one! The only problem with the tank bag is that when it is fullish I cant see the satnav and lower half of the dash without having to do a turtle neck. If having to carry anything I normally just use the rucksack and put anything heavy in the tailpack.
  2. Why are you changing it? A simple exhaust - well back box mod will not make any noticeable difference on a 125. But it could invalidate your insurance in your crash as the bike will now be classidfied as modified. Spend your money on beer and coke
  3. Booking this tomorow through MSV - anyone else up for it?
  4. you can also do the ron-haslam track days
  5. Only mechanical mods will void a warranty... Maybe he wants some nice harley style tassles? Neons? Day-glo pink levers? Givi topbox? etc etc
  6. sounds like someone has done a dodgy kmph to mph conversion - unless it is digital? If its digital I would say someone has changed the sprocket sizes, either return these to normal (check them first!) or fit a speedo-healer. Basically a plug and play kit (its a bit of a bitch to fit) but it adjusts your speed accordingly
  7. Did you have an accident? Anyways any reason to show off is good - but not got much spare time at the moment, once I am a bit more flexible I will start a thread. Never done the fiddle...
  8. I have the kriega (us-20) I think...! Anyway the straps go under the pillion seat and then the bag goes on top and clips into the straps. You can take the bag off and just leave the straps in place. I got 2 pairs of trainers, a jumper and jeans in mine quite comfortably
  9. I removed all my switchgear from the track bike but needed a horn to pass the daytime mot, all i did was get a 'bike-it' waterproof button (£3) and wire it in. Took maybe 15 minutes tops
  10. Yep I crashed the aprillia just before lunch at oulton, stripped it down over lunch and got half a bucket of gravel out of it. Rode it around the carpark and then did the first 3 laps quite slowly in the next session, then as it was only squeaky and pulling slightly to the left i went balls out again Now I have stripped it down properly the bars were slightly bent (re-straightened by attaching to forklift and wall...) the dash frame was bent (big hammer and lump of wood) and the squeak was actualy a whistle from the exhaust (big hammer again) Fairings have been fibreglassed and self tapped into place...
  11. Can get 4 bikes in the van and am only taking 2 so no probs picking you up, might cost you a bacon sandwich though Do you have to get it fully fixed? Just get it running and ride it 'fightered'?
  12. Will probably coem for the rideout and a meetup - but there is no way I am camping, sorry
