Makes no difference regarding the booking. The test is the same, only the power output of the bike you use determines the level of licence you obtain.

125cc = A1. 245cc to 500cc ( power output no more than 47 bhp or 37kw ) = A2. 600cc ( with power output greater than 47bhp or 37kw ) =A full unrestricted.

The only criteria you must use the same size bike for both mod1 and mod 2.

A grom would be a very fine choice, I have been lucky enough to see one in action recently, and it is a fine piece of equipment.
