You should have a Yamaha TTR engine in there not a Honda, if it is definitely a Honda engine someone has changed it.

Here's a link to a thread about a 205cc kit someone has fitted to their WR, worth a read if you're serious about it.

You'd need the big bore kit plus a power commander which is another £200-£300 then you'd have to get it running properly.
-
It won't make any difference to the performance it's purely for cosmetic reasons. If you have the full system the downpipe is actually smaller than the standard one so it actually restricts the bikes top speed slightly but increases the throttle response. If you need to email/ring Arrow and get the specifics.
Ps if you have the full system keep an eye on your oil it tends to disappear without you realising.

Considering distilled water isn't very expensive I'd just use that, grab a funnel whilst you're out and cut a bit of the hose pipe off that'll make pouring it in easier.

Alex I believe he's on about the coolant reservoir, usual if the head gasket has gone the coolant bubbles.
-
Why don't you sell them and then donate the money you make to the forum? Win win situation
-
First thing that comes to mind would be fuses but you've changed them already.. Have you checked the connections to the battery to make sure they're tight and not corroded? Grab a multimeter and check the voltage of the battery, it should read over 13v when the bike is off.

I'll be doing them in norwich as you know my mum doesn't have many tools! I've still got your number so if I do get stuck I could give you a call?
-
Just a quick update I didn't get to do them Sunday as my feeler gauge didn't show up and I've been away so it's going to be sometime at the end of the week now, I'll keep you all posted.
-
Cheers Chris I'm gonna attempt it on Sunday so hopefully all goes well! How to I adjust the cam chain if I need too?
-
Having it written down would be easier mega then I can refer back to it. I have the manual on my phone I guess I should take a look! Also I need to ask you about making an exhaust flange but I'll pm you tomorrow with sizes etc.
I've had a look for the gasket and its either the one I've put the link to or the full set..

And is this the gasket I'll need to replace? http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vi ... 1323156401

Bit far for me on my 125 unless bob wants a pillion? Haha

I'd also demand they fix it and ask to be present throughout the entire process as you can't trust them after last time, then just casually drop trading standards into the conversation and see how quickly they change their minds!
Can't you get the bike repaired at a local garage and get them to foot the bill? I know my partners dad bought a new (to him) car and something went wrong and he was in Wales so they told him to go to the nearest dealer and not to worry about the cost.

Steel toe caps can bend and cut your toes off in the event of an accident.

When was the top end last done?

My old NSR was the same start on choke and turn it off straight away otherwise it died.

Just noticed that ones from china, one from the UK for £9.99 http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vi ... 0944829254
-
You need to look on eBay dude, same charger for £8.95 http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vi ... 0695563263

Go to a local welder and fabricator they'll sort it out for you. And it will cost you a fraction of what a new engine would cost you!!!
-
Just get another chain?
-
You might find that once you're sat on your bike that they're actually in the right place. I didn't look what bike you have but 9 times out of 10 your legs will be bent slightly which will bring the pads upwards.
Clunking into first?

Chain? My bike sometimes does it but not very often.
