  2. Hi no I’ve not adjusted the idle screw yet. The thing is if i just start the bike like say first thing tomorrow it will just sit there running fine. Then if I take it out and go round block it will be ok for so long I’ll stop at junctions and it’s sound sits there at about 1200. But then five minutes in it just starts to lose it. Can’t seem to stop with out cutting out unless hold revs
  3. You reckon cleaning carbs is good place to start? I seem to run ok for a few minutes but then every time stop at junction if I take revs off engine just dies. Earlier It was constantly cutting out. Eventually it just wouldn’t re start at all five minutes later I managed to get it going and take it home keeping revs high. So lucky escape. Any help is very much appreciated.

    Carburetor

I can find a lot about Carburetor cleaning but nothing about balancing? I’m assuming balancing is a must thing to do when finished cleaning? Is this something you can do by yourself? Thanks in advanced.
  5. Just google bike courier. Personally I used my transit van and a couple of ratchet straps to hold in place. Fastbob said he’s never seen a bike so solid (bike didn’t move an inch) Went in pretty easy. Getting out even easier I used my brother to hold handle bars and I just picked it up by rear wheel and pulled out until front wheel was at edge of door opening. Then both of us lowered front wheel down. Took about 10 seconds.
  6. Ok thanks for the advice I’ll look for them haha! What minor issues should I be looking for?
  7. Hi So I passed my full licence A few years ago now. Due to family commitments etc I still have not got a bike. Anyway I’m going to get one soon and just wondered what people’s thought are on my planning: (sorry hope this isn’t too long) So I’m going going to buy a 125 probably a bullit bulroc. As there quiet cheap and new. The other reasons are because I need something small and lighter to get round my garden. (This is where it will be stored) I’m going to build a small solid unit for security. I will also chain it up in there as extra security. (I’m a joiner) Another reason for this type bike Is so I can familiarise myself with something more simple. And learn to take care of something cheap incase I f**k anything up. It’s purely for pleasure I’m assuming When left over long periods I will be able to take the battery off and buy some kind of of charge so I can keep it fresh in the house? Please let me know if there is anything else I should be thinking of?
  8. Hi Dion I’m 30 passed my full license few years ago and still not been on a bike since due to marriage and having kids. But now I’m ready and want to start biking again! Personally I’m just going to buy a new 125 and play on that for year or 2. Looking at Bullit Bulroc or AJs Scrambler. Anyway just thought I’d say my reason for that is because I don’t have garage so will be kept in garden . I’m going to build a box storage unit for it and secure it in there. It needs to be light as my garden is a little difficult. It also gives me time to familiarise myself with a more basic bike and time to work out little things I may not of thought about that I might need. Thought it was worth a mention. Im also new to forum so Hi.
