    Cg125 starting problem

i would do the following. 1. check the kill switch is in the run position. 2. charge the battery and try to start it. 3. if 2. fails the use jump leads from a charged battery's positive straight to the starter motor (briefly) and the negative to the frame, this will bypass all the switches and solonoid etc and test the starter motor directly (if this is too technical or a scary proposition then i suggest you get a manual and a competent person to supervise your project rebuild). if the starter fails to spin then it will prob be knackered. 4. if 3. worked then move the 12v+ supply to the solonoid and see if it still starts.
  7. Boll0x!! beaten by the boy. and as we have the same MotoGp team, i cannot catch him. thats it, i quit well done techno, lets see if you can keep your 1 point lead over Deso.
  8. i dread to think what the little shit might have accomplished if he had of joined before march. he was at there doing mathmatical formulae the other weekend to work out what riders reperesent the best point/£ ratio. i have no idea where it gets that from.
  9. i would be very happy if the season ends and the standings stay exactly how they are. that is a very nice 8 point lead i have there.
  10. is that what they call it these days?

  18. boothy. you are actually leading the round.
  19. youre not wrong. and i dont just mean the A15 if i'm available that weekend then i'll be up for this meet.
  20. front paddock stands that locate in the headstock are perfectly good. just make sure you put the rear on the paddock stand first.
  21. wrong. the stretch of the A15 from bourne to sleaford is a good road. you must be thinking of the A15 north of lincoln which is not, seeing how its one of the longest stretches of staight road in the county. taking the A15 from bourne also provides those coming from the A1 an excuse to try the A151 from colsterworth to bourne
  22. +1 and it depends on what and how you ride. would you want a plug in a trye on a bike that you ride hard and often take to very high speed? if you pootle about then i would be happy with a plug placed from inside the tyre in a hole of about 3mm. the legal size for permanent repair. those temp reapirs are just that, temporary. they make the hole bigger which can compromise the integrety of the carcass.
  23. take the A15
  24. you need to re test before you next ride it. othetwise we'll have no idea if the battery the charge.
