After the polishing of the headers I straightened out a couple of the fins on the radiator where a couple of stones had hit and then gave it a little bit of paint to tidy it up Looks like were in for a bit more rain here in the Wicklow mountains so not sure if I will go out again today ( the thoughts of cleaning and drying it again ) I do need to readjust the new chain though so that might inspire me to get out of bed

Gotta have some bling And as it is a bank hol here in Ireland tomorrow I might get out again just to muck it up

Got out early for a small run of about 50 KM Of course it lashed rain so the bike was manky when I got home a quick wash and a bit of lubrication and then a lick of Autosol on the pipes

I would expect that is good going for a 125 Must have been well looked after or could have been used for food deliveries but that mileage and front end damage prob make it not worth while what do you think?

I have also used the sticky string repair twice and had no problems But If I had a choice and a place to repair motorbike tyres near me I would opt for a professional repair removing the tyre Obviously If the tyre was old / worn I would replace rather than repair

Went to work on the bike instead of the car Usually If im going to go on the bike I bring a heavy chain & lock with me in the car the day before but last minute decision to go on the bike ment I had to carry the chain in a backpack ( Not great ) but hey the sun was shining on the way home so happy days Maybe a bit more tinkering later on as I have some oil & a filter there to throw in

Been Busy today Fitted a Ring for a tie down strap as the bike lives outside and it seems every few weeks now we get a bit of a storm So the loop is to fix a ratchet strap over the bike and tie it down when the weather gets windy Also fitted a new VX3 chain and front and rear JT sprockets to the CB500X Old chain had 19K KM on it
