I'm sorry to be a downer. But unless I bought a totally one-off lemon, these gloves are aweful! What terrible quality. Seriously - I've had them for a couple years but they never worked right from the start. They never worked consistently to provide heat to both hands. I've had one hand with heat OR the other. You choose. Wiggle the cord a bit and you have power. Wiggles in the wrong direction, power/heat is gone. Paid $150 for new batteries thinking that might help. Nah. They are just really crap quality. Emailed IXON to get some help on this but really just a last ditch attempt to recover $400NZD. Used maybe half dozen times in 2 years as thermal gloves with sporadic heat. Best $400 donation ever given to a company.
