Good luck pal ! A full licence will never be a mistake !

I went yesterday. It was very busy. Stuff was selling fast. I'll be going on a weekday next year

That's where I work! I'd recommend Dave at Chiltern Motorcycle training. He does have a website and Facebook page. Top bloke.

I live in Dunstable. Where abouts are you ?

I've got a Drift Ghost HD - little pants at night but otherwise its pretty awesome.
Good battery life, easy to use.
I use a class 10 card - I've had no issues.

I have an XJ6 Diversion. It's brilliant sounds lovely even if it's a little quiet. Goes well. Reliable and comfortable two up or solo.
Would recommend. Downside is that it is a heavy bike but you get used to it. It's really well balanced at low speed just moving the bike about when your off it is what I find the hardest.

I have a Scala rider q2 set. Pretty good. Works bike to bike for 3/4 a mile. Fairly decent.
I hook it up to my phone or ipod to get some tunes or use the radio.
Works with Sat Navigation too. I know that wasn't your criteria but pretty handy and none of it is too distracting.

Go for the 600. When you pass you won't regret it. So muh more choice for bikes.

If got a few to upload. I shall do this tonight ! Completely forgot

I think from what I've heard in the touring cars is that Rockinghams surface is very abrasive. Dunlop have a special compound just for that circuit. I could be wrong mind

Congrats. Get it done !

Congratulations!!

The Crumble is a legend though. Fair play to him sticking it up and acknowledging where he went wrong.

I have a Knox Forcefield L2 or something. Brilliant piece of kit not that ive ever used it to its full potential, neither do i want to. Its great i dont qear it enough tends to be when im out for a hoon. If im popping across town or to work i dont bother although i probably should.
I find its a bit uncomfortabke in my textile jacket because of the cut whrre as my leather sports jackets it grand.

Bloody hell. I think that guy was rather lucky!

I would do a CBT anyway. It cant hurt to have some training before hitting the road.

My wife and I will be going on the 30th and staying somewhere nearby to make a night of it.
Same here! Taking the car. Have you seen parking prices?, extortionate!!
Edit: we are going on the 29th and will be on the bike. bike parking is free, however if the weather is really bad we will take the car.
I wanted to go on the bike but I'm after a few things and with the missus overnight bag ill need the car haha.

Are you an AA or RAC member? Because i know they do them for cars or at least they used to. Being a member made it cheaper but i think anyone can get it done. I am not sure if they do bikes though!

Brilliant. There was a program about Web cam models a couple of months ago on channel 4. Was pretty interesting tbh ! Haha
