I agree with Mr Fro also. This guy was a right knob and left himself in the firing line. Sucks to be him now..

Just found this on YouTube. Bloke gets knocked off after telling a BM driver to get off the phone!

Some people!

Get some metal polish on that. With a bit of hard graft it should come back to a nice shine.

Me and missus are engaged, i don't currently wear a ring but intend on doing so once we've tied the knot.

Thanks for the Informative reply Shorty!

I've heard great things about the Innovv C-3, the way you have hidden it is pretty good.
I'd be interested to see if you could get extension cables so you can hide the control unit under the seat, out the way.
Depending on how this goes, i may go for something very similar.

How do you find yours Shorty? What model do you have? Pros/Cons?

Nice bud.

I'm aiming to go next year, fingers crossed.

Missus CBF125 keeps cutting out randomly. Bit of googling turns up a possible faulty fuel pump

I have been eyeing up the new tomtom they have just brought out although it is lacking a few features
Plus I can't find any reviews on it either!
Me too! I've been waiting for this for a while, now it's been launched i'm a little disappointed with the lack of some features.
yes same here
it is lacking some features and IMO its a backward step with what they have done!
you cant do hands free calling like on the rider I have although it will be available with an update and there is no music playback available either and there never will be
I have also been reading some users views on it and they arent impressed to be honest things like not been able to view waypoints or been able to skip a waypoint
I also sent a email to tomtom and it took them more than 2 days to reply! thats not a good start!
so on all that I think I shall go for the garmin
I've seen a couple of amazon reviews and so far, people are far from impressed. I like the whole TomTom UI and since my car sat nav has given up the ghost i was holding out for this.
Off to research the garmin units...

Looks smart, i've heard the front end goes really light when pushing on, you noticed that at all?
-
I can't remember exactly but I think when I last used it it was touch dry in an hour or two but left to dry properly overnight

Cracking looking bike !

I've had a go.
When do we see the results? A week or so?

The Pirelli Angel GT's are too confidence inspiring, so i may have to look into some PR3/4's on my XJ6 if they are decent.
These tires are far too good, I feel far too happy riding on them
If your that happy with them why change ???
I've got the Angel GT's fitted to the Busa awesome tyres, if l find something to my liking l'll take some convincing to change.
Damn auto correct, i mean't aren't too confidence inspiring, at least not in the wet weather. I'm going to see what they are like in the warmer weather before i decide on a change.

Price is only slightly higher than the top end action cameras already so I don't think it's too bad
Only one I can find online is £280
Latest GoPro is £290 (not that I'd spend that on one personally)
Drift Ghost is £200
Love the idea but where to mount it? In order to see all round it'd have to be on your head but then it may well miss most stuff anyway because it doesn't film down that far.
Valid point. The GoPro is extremely expensive.
As for mounting points, i can't see it being too useful on a bike, perhaps mounted to a car's roof would be better.

Having issues with my Oximiser 600, hasn't ever worked on my XJ6 but did on the YBR.
Going to test it on the missus CBF @ the weekend. If it works i'll borrow the permanent lead from her's and see if it works.
Checked the fuses on mine, all fine.
When it inevitable breaks i'm going to be getting an Optimate, haven't heard much negative about them.

Thinking about it, is the coolant level quite high? It could be coming out of an overflow pipe, if one exists on your bike.
I could be chatting bollocks though!

Heya, Thanks for the reply,
It's been happening for quite a while but I'm sure it's getting louder. It had it's MoT last month and the bike shop said my chain was a little 'tight' but should be ok. He did say however that the brakes could do with a service, thinking about it - so I think that they might be the culprit. I've got all brand new ebc pads ready but I want to get it done all at once with oil, filter, spark plug check etc.. properly by a bike shop this first time round since I've had her, and maybe they can give me info on the coolant thing too. £150-£200 for the service, so I might just cough up and get it done.
Wise choice, if in doubt get a professional to sort it!
The coolant thing seems a bit weird and i have literally no idea on that one.

I like the idea of this but i'm not too sure on it yet, mainly because of the price.
I wonder how far tech will come in regard to the 360 cams in say a year or so, because if i'm correct they are relatively new to the hobby/enthusiast end of the market.
