Passed Mod2 Yesterday! + Opinions on experience / training?

Long story short, I got lost on the way to Redditch, and was 5 mins late for my test, but luckily the examiner was a friendly bloke and wasn't bothered.

Passed with 5 minors - 2 for observation, 2 for road positioning and 1 for signalling.

I got lost on the way home aswell (stupid one way systems and bus lanes in Redditch).

Looking for a nice DRZ400 now, they're not everyones cup of tea, but I love them.

Anyway! What's everyones thoughts on training and experience?

I was riding my 125 for a year, passed my theory first time, had a full days training with my local riding instructor, then passed my Mod1 first time and Mod2 first time. I think the experience and training helped a lot!

On the other hand, my cousin did his DAS 6 months ago, with no experience on a bike at all, passed first time, and he's been riding for 6 months on a GSXR600 with no worries at all.

Opinions?
