Sheep_onna_Bandit Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 As an exiled Whitby-ite, I thought it might be a good craic to see how many biker bodies we could get to do the following one long weekend when these long 'orrible night have buggered orf:Ride north and meet in PickeringTake a mass ride up the A169 Moors Road from Pickering, past the Hole of Horcum, the Saltersgate Inn and RAF Fylingdales, finishing with a mass descent of Blue Bank and a ride into Whitby.Spend at least a night there, drink inordinate amounts of alcohol and have a generally good time.Anyone fancying the idea?Oh and if you don't know the Moors Road - it is fan-bloody-tastic to ride!http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi? ... 9&out.y=10
