Summer balaclava

Recommended Posts

Anyone recommend one? My bet looks like the BMW Summer storm hood on ebay at the moment. Currently using a wind stopper one which is great for when it's cold but getting hot under the lid lately.

I find it easier to wash the balaclava than my helmet inners, plus I look freaking scary when no one can see my face

oh and it stops my flappy ears getting folded down

No man made fibre can rival silk. Warm in winter, cool in summer, light and hard wearing. A better wicking fibre than anything man made. Expensive is all. I have silk undergloves and a silk scarf. It hasn't been around for 4,000 years cos it's crap. Try it and you won't go back. 8-)
