As title says, if the throttle it heald open fully, it gets a bit... choppy - its not smooth. I have had this problem since i have had the bike.

I had a little look on google and couldnt find anything :(

Can anyone recomend anything? Hopefully its something really simple as i am not confident in taking it apart and cleaning carbs etc :s

Thanks, Alex

is it at a certain rev range?

the mixture could be out the needle in the carb might need altering it could be operator error

if you planning on doing full test i would learn to live with it and save your money if its not too bad

When you say 'choppy' Alex, what do you mean? :?

When I'm on full throttle on my YBR I can feel like little hiccups/splutters sometimes - Is that what you mean? :?

I mentioned it to the guy when I took my bike in for servicing yesterday & he said he'd take a look, but he did mention that it sounds like some air getting in somewhere!

Mine is an 06 plate YBR.

It's gone into the workshop for a long-overdue service and some much-needed TLC, so it could be what he said or a combination of things!

I'll let you know what the diagnosis was when I've picked it up. :)
