Does anyone here have one of these stands? Looks like it'll be easier to put the bike on than the traditional paddock stand?

I'd like the blonde one (thought I'd get in first with the ABBA jokes!!)

I've got one. Appraisal:

Traditional paddock stands are much quicker to use.

Abba stands seem a bit more stable.

Abba stands are useful when you want to get the front wheel / forks off and don't have a centre stand or a headstock lift.

I've had an abba stand when i had sports bikes.

The best thing you'll ever buy

Thanks for the replies folks. The Abba stand is quite a lot more expensive than a paddock stand...but it looks like it should be easier to put the bike on without assistance?

This will be my next purchase.

A lot easier than a paddock stand especially if you are on your own.

I recall seeing a post on here about how to make your own.
