Looks good Gill

I don't think it makes you look like you have a big behind

It does look pretty ginormous  what size did you get in the end? I'm looking to get one soon but not sure on size :?

Well I don't think topboxes are particularly aesthetically pleasing on any bike but it will be a darn sight easier to access than sodding about with zips and bungees  . So long as I don't take off in high winds, or I might need to throw a sandbag over the front mudguard for ballast (or put on loads of weight)

Sorry yes I got the 46l, the 33l would prob have looked better and more in proportion but I wouldn't have been able to fit as much in. At least with this one I can get my helmet in plus other stuff!

I'll update my opinion once I've got out with it fully laden!

I will say having used my 46l topbox fully loaded on a many occasions I cannot tell any difference in handling infact sometimes i reach back to make sure its still there :)

The only problem may occour if theres a heavyish weight in there that is allowed to slop about.

Usually hate the look of top box's, but somehow it works with this bike. The colours and lines match and it actually looks quite nice!

Pay attention to the weight carrying limit. You may be surprised to see how much the combined weight of "LOADS of stuff" adds up. The box itself will hold more weight than the bracket and/or carrier that it's mounted on.

Looks good Gill - like Alew said, it matches in well with your bike. Well done for fitting it yourself! And it means I can have your Buffalo tailpack!! (I'll get baking!! )

It'll even hold everything for a weekends camping at our house!!

If the bracket is owt like mine which quotes seven kilos but will easily support the bike, the box itself is 10, ive had mine packed full and its only been slightly over so for stuff for a weekend it ample weight load, well for aman that is :)

The box says 10kgs, I weighed the stuff I usually cram into my little Buffalo bag and it was only 3kgs, so I should be ok

I have a big one as well, 52l and love it. It is a bog standard Chinese one like this

that loads of companies then put thier logo one. I did not see the added value in the more expensive Givi boxes.
