illvibetip
Ive been doing a job (and no, my phrase isnt misplaced) on my bie so its was in bits for a while. When I went to put it back together, it wouldnt start. I thought it was the battery - charged it - wasnt the problem. There was no fuel in the pipes. So, got it going and it woudnt go past 30. I relented and kept pushing it and after an hour got it up to 70. what happened? why did it do that? is it going to do this every time i take it apart?thanks for your wisdom yet again

Guest Hodgy
You had probably kinked a fuel pipe when you put the tank back on, restricting the fuel reaching the carb(s)
