SebaManiac
Hi guys I need help with my bike. Last week my bike start to behave suspicious. Little bit louderAlot of shots from exhaust when rev from over 4k rpmWhen going faster than 40mph every time I leave throttle and start accelerate again it losses power for 1sek maybe half, it feels like no fuel delivery or too much fuel. Anyone got idea what might happened? I will check engine compression soon. Carb mixture is adjusted properly, valves as well. Also i will say that speed is normal and power is same as before. There is no problem with starting it starts first time but after longer run idle goes low below 1k rpm.
eastanglianbiker
have you checked condition of air filter and made sure the exhaust hasnt got any holes or cracks in it?
SebaManiac
Exhaust is fine, but air filter hmm. This engine behavior comes up when i had sport air filter on, now i put standard one. You thing that sport (cheap) air filter might cause this by bad filtration?
