lost keys

hi everyone lost the keys to me fazer looked everywhere for past two days, can anyone give me some advice on getting a new one cheers sam. its an older fazer year 2000.

will be corrected if i'm wrong put I think your options are to either take it to a yamaha dealership, contact a locksmith or buy and fit a new ignition barrel

if you remove the top yoke you will be able to see the underside of the ign barrel and the 2 snaphead bolts that hold it on you might need to remove them and remove ign barrel but ther ewill be a number on it that a yamaha dealer will be able to get a key cut for it or once you have the number keys galore will be able to help http://www.allinlondon.co.uk/directory/1259/13609.php

If you get a new ignition barrel, you will want a new fuel and seat lock too. Or you can get race fuel caps which are keyless

Go back to the dealer that first sold the bike, it should be in his records
