stumblebum Posted January 21, 2014 Author Posted January 21, 2014 You may get a few more takers when the weather warms up a bit mate....... That's a good point, I'm so used to riding out in this weather I forget some people have the choice of not having to. I just thought there was no one from the south on here! Quote
DreamytimeEscorts Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 I ride all year but I won't be going that far for a bacon sarnie and a mug of tea. Not until it warms up and dries out a bit. Quote
mel64 Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Poole Quay bike nights April-September??? Quote

BabyBaloo Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Love Poole Quay, do the bike night bikers still ride to The Hunters Lodge for BBQ's? Quote
asharin Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 Another good one is the True Lovers Knott bike nights, from first thursday in April until it gets too cold in October It's a pub between Wimborne and Blandford, in Tarant Keynstone (I think that's the spelling) Tea and coffee are usually £1 and they have an outdoor BBQ.Went a lot last year and enjoyed it Quote
Marmalade43 Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 I'm south, up for a meet somewhere for a coffee.Always the A338 burger van near Salisbury if all else fails. Quote

asharin Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Avon Causeway pub near christchurch is pretty biker friendly. As is the Red SHoot in the new forsest. Both of which are nearby to me if anyone ever wants to meet up. Quote
stumblebum Posted July 9, 2014 Author Posted July 9, 2014 The Red Shoot sounds good, I went there once about 12 years ago. I'll have to do a google search to find it again! Quote

You wouldn't want to come all that way if you saw the prices they charge! Go on, surprise me! Anything more than a pound for a mug of tea is in micky-taking territory. Quote

Coffee was between £1.30-£1.50 I can't remember exactly, not sure on the price of tea it's been a while since I've been down there. They are more known for their pricey food. Quote
