gixer k4 acumen issues

first post so here goes! i fitted a new battery to my k4 gsxr 600 after being off the road for a year.now the acumen cat1 alarm is not matched to my keyfobs and after following the alarm manual to re match them it still just sets alarm off when i switch ignition on.batterys in fobs afe brand new and bike battery is fully charged.im so close tk ripping it out but hopdfully you good people can point me in the right direction!!! cheers.

Unfortunately I can't help with your problem as I don't know that alarm system....but someone on here may be able to help......good luck...... 8-)

its not one of these funny alarms where the fob will only code up once is it? do you have a spare fob that can be tried

aye iv tried reset sequence with both and still no joy.dont really want to rip it out and leave bike with nothing..

Could be worth emailing the company. I once had a problem with a meta and after an email to them they put me in touch with one of their fitters and he emailed me all the error codes and the sequences etc
