Psychybikey
Everybody says you shouldn't use them - so how come you can buy them? I've even seen instructors using them (not my current instructor but I haven't seen him riding on the road yet).
Tango
It used to be that you shouldn't use stickers on polycarbonate crash helmets as the glue on the stickers could react with the polycarbonate and weaken it.......but these days the glues used in stickers are less solvent based......and a lot of lids are constructed from other materials now......so I don't think it's such an issue now..... Throttled
I have not found any evidence to say stickers harm helmets. Just people saying they heard it somewhere!
Psychybikey
Instructors and books tell you not to use them. But mine's got a sticker on it saying it meets the European safety requirements
