right i have decided i want a tail tidy on my 125.


any suggestions on how to find a correct fitting one.


BIke Kymco CK1 125 2014


any ideas?

If you cant find one for your bike, just get a universal one.


You might have to drill holes in the right places though

You could do what I've done with the RR and simply remove the current set up and replace it with stainless steel L brackets from your local DIY store to connect the plate to the bike. The angles should be just about right.


As for the indicators, you have a few options. Do what I did and get some sheet metal to make your own brackets and find a bolt somewhere that you can connect it to.

Or, try and glue/tape/velcro another set of L-brackets to the rear of the plate and attach the indicators to that


Oh, and the number plate is a tiny bit smaller that it was before, but shhh

That's pretty much what I did for my track bike, bend up a small bit of aluminium sheet (8"x4" ish) with a couple of bolts to hold the plate on and a couple more to secure the holder to the tail. If I'd thought about it, I'd have bent a couple of tabs for the indicators but it doesn't have any of those at the moment. :-)

cool if the weathers pleasant enough this weekend ill take some pictures and take off some bits to see whats holding it all together.
