JBaptist Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 http://www.motorauthority.com/news/1097 ... and-londonCrazyCan anyone see this actually coming to fruition?Pretty long road trip! Quote
Glorian Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 Would be cool, doubt it will happen or work. Imagine the borders? Having to get your visa sorted.. When i flew to america it took us 2 hours to get through customs and security. They'd have to have a border point of some description otherwise you could just drop off anywhere along the road and you're in. Quote
Hoggs Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 I estimate this would cost me about £1250 in fuel to go the whole way! Think I'll just fly (woo maths) Quote
Joeman Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 If it does go ahead, you can bet some idiot will decide to cycle the entire route. Quote

Like the idea personally, a bridge to the states would be good...How long would it be until you had a "jungle" of economic migrants at the gates though? There are a big sensitive bunch over the water. Quote

Nah, he didn't like me shirt. It was a cup of tea with the writing inside "A cup of tea solves everything" it apparently baffled him enough to search through my bags after i'd queued up for an hour.
