EthanKing
Just realised tonight that I have to pull my front brake fully in before my brake light comes on. I'm assuming this is a fault as it seems dangerous to me. Is the switch located in the lever or elsewhere? It's an 06 YBR125. Thanks. Stu
it should be under the lever and not normally adjustable is it the stock lever?
EthanKing
Yeah it all looks standard. I'm going to have a look in the morning, I've been using my rear brake slightly just to light up the brake light.
Chrissb6
Hi as said there normally none adjustable, but you could try giving the switch a good clean with some WD40 or contact cleaner. There's a possibility that the switch is crude up with grime making it stick and less responsive. Hope this helps
iangaryprice
The metal contacts in the switch are starting to wear away. New switch should sort it, not too expensive.
EthanKing
Going to pull it apart tomorrow and see how the contacts are. Thanks for the info everyone.
