Guest Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 Anyone got a picture of the max you can take them? I want to adjust mine as there's way too much but the adjuster seems to be very far out already Quote
Mr Fro Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 You might want to check the carb/throttle body - quite a few bikes have a secondary adjuster there if you're worried about maxing out the handlebar adjuster. That said, you should be fine with just a couple of turns in so long as it's not wobbly with the lock nut nipped up. Quote

Now just to find out how easy of a job it is locating the carb/throttle body Quote
Tango Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 Throttle body, as your bike is injected.......can't remember where the adjuster is now......but it'll be under the tank anyway. ...... Quote
Bonniebird Posted April 22, 2016 Posted April 22, 2016 It is under the tank on the left, behind the frame, if I remember right. Probably a tank off job to get at them. Be very careful with the fuel connectors at the bottom of the tank. If it's like the S4 the originals are plastic and they go brittle over time. Mine are now replaced with metal ones. Quote
Guest Posted April 22, 2016 Posted April 22, 2016 Sounds like a job outside of my comfort zone, I will ask the mechanic to take a look at this when I get it booked in for a full service. Thanks Quote
