Only boots I can find that'll go round my calves and zip up (whilst wearing my Kevlar jeans as well) are the Dianese because of their rear zip.

Are there any others people could recommend? No fancy colours I'm only after black, maybe with a splash of colour here and there.

.... :crybaby:

Ok I felt this pain for.. Well as long as I've been biking actually. As a lad you might be slightly better off...

I have the fun of small feet, slim ankles and calves like a shot-putter..

I ended up going with a pair of Sidi Vertigo lei's (Yes, I know woman boots, bear with me..)

The reason I went for these is that at back of the calf there's an adjuster, which means you loosen them right up, put them on then do the zip up. Once you're in you can twist the adjuster at the back to tighten the boot round the calf!

Hope this helps :D You can get blokes variant of them

There is some Alpinstars that are a wide fitting but I don't know which model it is!

I think I "made" Hoggfather buy Daytona boots....

Might have done. Best fitting Gortex boots I could find at the show, but a bit more than I wanted to pay.

Plenty of support and protection and DRY.
