TC1474 Posted August 30, 2016 Share Posted August 30, 2016 Nobody I know of (and I know most of the visor and helmet manufacturers) will do it post manufacturing, in other words, you would have to purchase a gold iridium visor if you can find one. You could get gold ones about 10 years ago, but I have not seen one for a long time. Apart from the fact that a gold or silver tint scratches extra easily, which is why sales dropped dramatically against the high cost compared with a black visor, it will not comply with BS4110 ZA and the manufacturers are not going to leave themselves open to prosecution by Trading Standards.
