Tango Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 That tyre looks a bit squared off Beefy.....that'll make it feel like you're on a knife edge when you lean into a corner. I'd say it's due for replacement..... Quote

I'd say it's due for replacement..... I did that too! also if the rear is off noticeably on the notches it will feel crap. I had a rear puncture repaired ages ago and they didn't set it up properly and was horrible. a quick quarter turn on one side to balance it up felt loads better. it's my front that's all out of whack currently Quote
Westbeef Posted November 7, 2016 Author Posted November 7, 2016 I think you may be right tango, the joys of a 10 mile commute with 8 miles in a straight line. Ill see on Wednesday how much fixing the alignment helps . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote

Westbeef Posted November 7, 2016 Author Posted November 7, 2016 the joys of a 10 mile commute with 8 miles in a straight line. Weave between the cats eyes, no more straight roads I wish, its all 30mph road and given my recent handling issue, I think I would poo myself if I weaved too far . My alignment was 1mm out on the scale, Ive got them practically bang on now, hopefully everything is good again! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
Westbeef Posted November 9, 2016 Author Posted November 9, 2016 Well today was properly wet and the bike felt pretty much spot on, I think I was mainly struggling on right handers before and the handling issue was me not being able to get the bike over that way easily. With the alignment sorted it felt much more stable! Thanks all, pretty stupid thing for me to miss . Quote
