Did you buy from SBS? They allow returns and it's quite an easy process?

Indeed it is with SBS, I still need to get around to sending back an open return of an item I bought months ago (must do that this weekend)

I did but it was about 4 months ago with no receipt.

I assumed it would be standard 28 day returns etc?

They have a 365 day return policy. Just go to the original order on the website and request a return label. Easy peasy

I assume that's online SBS? Your email is your receipt and the rest is as Mike says above.

They refunded my gloves after 8 months when they split also sorted my leather jacket when it broke they're pretty good.
