My grandson purchased a brand new diablo 125cc in February this year and already the front fork seals have failed lexmoto don't want to no but in my opinion they are not fit for purpose

You may or may not get a straight answer but what exactly has Grandson been doing to this bike ? Most young lads these days appear to spend a lot of time with the front wheel in the air which isn't good for fork seals .

Letter stating your issue as a complaint ask what they are going to do, if they refuse inform them you are returning bike under sale of goods, they have a chance to repair but if they refuse that's there problem, you have the same rights if you had a faulty toaster.
