Jayejg Posted August 31, 2019 Posted August 31, 2019 Hi everyone,I’m looking to improve my Peugeot Kisbee 102cc 4T, nothing too major but just to spice it up before I sell it. I’m looking into buying a new exhaust, preferably an aftermarket one that will perform better than standard, colored handlebar grips(any recommended brands?), and possibly new rims. I’ve had a browse but due to the 100cc not being so popular in comparison to the 50cc, I can’t find any exhausts or grips etc. Any advice, recommendations and links would be amazing! Thank you. Quote
fastbob Posted August 31, 2019 Posted August 31, 2019 Why spend money on what is shortly to become someone else's bike ? Sell it as it is and spend the money on your next bike . Quote
Adam Posted September 1, 2019 Posted September 1, 2019 Got to agree with Bob on this one. No point spending money on a bike you’re selling as you won’t get your money back. Work out the sale price as it is now. Work out the cost of the parts. Work out the sale price with the new parts. Subtract the cost of the parts off the sale price with said parts and you’ll see if it’s worth the hassle. Don’t forget you should also include your time/money for fitting those parts. Considering the parts are hard to find it’s certainly sounds like more hassle than it’s worth. Whatever you do keep us updated. What bike have you got in mind as a replacement? Quote
skyrider Posted September 1, 2019 Posted September 1, 2019 and if it works out cheaper to leave the bike as it is and when you get your fresh steed break the 100 and sell as spares on fleabay etc Quote
