Yamaha YS125 engine light

Sorry if this is the wrong board, but this thread is just a question based on my Yamaha YS125 2018 model,

I recently did a burnout, which resulted in my check engine light coming on, nothing is wrong with the engine as it runs perfectly and nothing has changed in the performance of the bike since doing it, I think a sensor may have freaked out or something over the wheels not moving/functioning properly, and I’d like to know the best way to reset the check engine light.

Fault codes vary in being cleared. On some they will reset after a certain number of start/stop cycles. Others will reset if you disconnect the battery. Others will retain the code until you clear it using diagnostic kit.

Usually there's a way to trigger the code to flash so you know what fault is being registered. Paperclips inserted in the right places and all that malarky.
